心肌显像剂^(99)Tc^mN(NOEt)_2放化纯度的分析

摘要 采用单层析与双层析法分别对新型心肌显像剂 99Tcm N(NOEt) 2 的放化纯度进行了分析。结果表明 ,双层析法对 99Tcm N(NOEt) 2 及杂质的分离较为迅速、准确 ,可作为 99Tcm N(NOEt) 2 放化纯度分析的较佳方法。 The radiochemical purity of 99 Tc mN(NOEt) 2 are measured by monolayer and bilayer chromatography respectively. The results show that the bilayer chromatography can seperate the impurity from 99 Tc m(NOEt) 2 more quickly and correctly. It is a better method for measuring the radiochemical purity of 99 Tc mN(NOEt) 2.
