摘要
以鹰嘴豆牙素A(Biochanin A)为标准样,采用紫外分光光度法,测定岷山红三叶(Trifoliumpratense L.cv.Minshan)不同生育期不同器官的异黄酮含量,旨在探索药用岷山红三叶最适收获期。测定结果表明:岷山红三叶在甘肃岷县的生境条件下,不同生育期的异黄酮含量是苗期(2.25%)>分枝期(1.74%)>孕蕾期(1.41%)>初花期(1.36%)>盛花期(1.26%)>成熟期(0.78%),其中苗期为最高。异黄酮含量随着植株的生长呈逐渐下降的趋势,而且下降幅度很大,下降了65.33%;不同植株器官中异黄酮含量:叶(1.58%)>花(1.32%)>全株(1.26%)>茎(0.73%),叶片中总异黄酮含量最高,茎中的含量最低。在实际生产中,应考虑刈割次数,兼顾生产、加工和消费多方面的效益,药用岷山红三叶的最适收获期为盛花初期。
The concentration of isofavone of Minshan red clover in different growing stages and different parts was detected by using UV spectrophotometer and Biochanin A as standard. The objective of this study was to explore the optimum harvesting time of medical Minshan red clover. The concentrations of isoflavone of Minshan red clover grown in Minshan county under different growing stages were 2.25% in seedling stage, 1.74% in branching stage, 1.41% in bud stage, 1.36% in early blooming stage, 1.26% in full blooming stage and 0.78% in mature stage. The concentration of isoflavone decreased with growth of red clover,reaching to maximum reduction of 65.33%. The concentrations of isoflavone in different organs of red clover were also different, 1.58% in leave, 1.32% in flower, 0.73% in stemand 1.26% in the whole plant,with the maximum content in leaves and the minimum in stem. The highest yield of isoflavone could be obtained by harvesting in the early to full blooming stage. However, in the actual production process, many factors should be considered, such as cutting frequency, muhiprofit with production, processing and consumption. Then the optimum harvesting time of Minshan red clover is full blooming stage.
