摘要
波导天线是某弹载设备的关键部件,其工作环境恶劣,工艺可靠性要求高,同时,天线性能加工要素和安装结构加工要素精度高,工艺设计和制造难度大。依据天线电讯设计和环境适应性要求,进行可制造性分析,综合比较"整体波导"和"标准波导"两种工艺方案,优化工艺设计,形成了稳定性好、生产效率高和生产成本低的天线制造方案,经工艺试验和工程验证,天线战技术指标满足弹载设备任务要求,实现了工程应用批量生产。
The waveguide antenna is the key component of a missile-borne equipment. It works in poor conditions, and thus requests high technological reliability. Also, the manufacturing essential elements need high precision for the antenna performance and installation. As a re-suit, it is difficult to conduct the process planning and manufacturing of the antenna. According to the electrical design and environmental adaptability requirements, the manufacturability analysis is carried out, and the comprehensive comparison between the holistic waveguide and the standard waveguide is discussed. Based on these measures, it optimizes the process planning and obtains an antenna manufacturing solution of good stability, high efficiency and low cost. Though process experiment and engineering applications, it shows that both the military and technical indicators meet the task requirements of the missile-borne equipment, and the batch production of the antenna is achieved.
