摘要
日常生活和生产中,许多产品都包含有字符信息,而在大量的自动化印刷过程中难免会产生印刷缺陷,人工检测效率低、成本高。论文针对这一问题,在线扫描实验开发平台上,利用OCR识别技术,对产品上的印刷字符信息进行了实时检测的试验,并采用模板匹配算法对采集到的字符信息进行处理,试验结果表明利用OCR技术能够快速准确地识别出印刷字符是否有误,提高了产品出厂的合格率。
There are lots of products contain character information in people's daily life. In the process of producing a great quantity of printed matter, it is inevitable to produce some printed defects; however, the method of detecting manually is inefficient and costly. In order to solve this problem, this paper describe a method by using OCR. technology to detect the character information in real time on a scanning experiment development platform.Meanwhile processing the collected character information based on template matching algorithm. It turns out that using OCR technology can judge whether products have defects fast and accurately, then improve qualified rate of products.
