摘要
对链斗输送机输运的水泥熟料核子计量进行了模拟实验研究。实验结果及分析表明:料斗中物料较少时,相对计量误差较大,当物料较多时,相对计量误差(绝对值)小于1.1%;在正常生产的情况下,计量精度可以达到<|±2%|的指标。
A simulated test for measuring the cement grog conveyed by chain-boxes conveyer with nuclear technology was conducted. It is shown that the relative error is greater as the quantity of materials inside chain-boxes is small, the relative error can be reduced to less than 1.1% for a fuller loading. In normal production condition,the measuring precision is less than 2%.
