广东核电的现状与发展战略

Present Status and Development Strategy of Guangdong Nuclear Power Cause

描述了广东核电起步创业过程 ,简介了广东大亚湾核电站建设及其商业运行以来的良好业绩 ,为广东核电发展奠定了坚实的基础 ;进而以广东岭澳核电站建设的实践 ,证明国务院关于在广东实行“以核养核、滚动发展”方针的正确性。岭澳核电站在大亚湾核电站的基础上进行了改进提高 ,目前各项工作进展顺利。本文在这样的形势下 ,适时提出广东核电跨世纪发展战略思路 ,为推动中国核电产业化发展而努力。

This paper describes that the China's reform and open-door police gave the Guangdong nuclear power great promotion for its start-up and development,and introduces the good achievements of the Guangdong Daya Bay Nuclear Power Station during construction and operation period which is soiled base for next step.Using the practice of the Ling′ao Nuclear Power Station,this paper proves the correctness of “to sustain continuous nuclear power development by reinvesting the returns on the operating nuclear power stations' instructed by the Chinese Government.This new nuclear power station with a lots of improvements compare to the first one has realized its targets in terms of control over the quality,schedule and cost of the project construction. Facing this good status,the CGNPC has laid down a strategic development plan for the coming century and will strive for the development of china nucelar power industrialization.
