摘要
根据塑性力学的基本理论 ,分析了大型厚壁半球形封头的拉伸式艺 ,用解析法求解了了平板毛坯与制件间的壁厚和径向尺寸对应规律 ,实验证实 ,理论解与实测结果一致 ,对工艺参数的选取 。
Based on the plastic mechanics,This paper analyses the drawing process of large scale thick wall hemispherical primary head and obtained the corresponding law of wall thickness and radial size between plate blank and the product It has been proved by the test that the result get from the theory is in accordance with the practical value Moreover,the paper has much reference value on the choice of technologic parameter,design of dies and the improvement of manufacture level
