我国城市高星级酒店业近年来发展迅猛,以广州市为例,随2010亚运会效应其五星级酒店市场竞争愈发激烈,市场格局变化巨大。本文运用产业组织理论的主流研究SCP范式,分析2004～2011年广州市五星级酒店在市场结构、市场行为和市场绩效方面的动态变化,并通过阐述这三方面的相互影响关系,分析广州市五星级酒店市场的发展动态,并对广州市五星级酒店市场健康发展提出优化建议。

High class hotels industry develops rapi-dly in cities of China these years.Take Guangzhou for example,it has witnessed its five-star hotel industry competing increasingly fiercely and its market structure in a great change own to 2010 Asian Games.This paper uses the theory of industrial organization research paradigm of mainstream SCP to illustrate the dynamic changes in the market structure,market behavior and market performance of five-star hotel in Guangzhou from 2004 to 2011.Through analysis of the interaction of these three aspects,this paper finally analyses the competitive dynamics of five-star hotels industry in Guangzhou and put forward suggestions for its healthy development.
