摘要
房地产价格波动与金融稳定关系密切,2008年金融危机以来宏观审慎监管受到高度重视。本文结合金融系统的顺周期性,分析了中国宏观审慎监管的实践,并从监管主体架构、工具选择机制、系统重要性机构监管机制、协调机制、环境完善机制等方面提出了中国宏观审慎监管框架的建议。
The real estate price volatility relates financial stability closely.Macro-prudential supervision has been paid more attention after the 2008 financial crisis.The analysis of this paper starts from the pro-cyclicality.After analyzing the practice of Chinese macro-prudential supervision,the paper proposes a framework of Chinese macro-prudential supervision from the aspects of organizational structure,tools,important institution supervision,coordination and the environment.
