摘要
我国的旅游地产已经有近30年的发展,近几年更是发展到了火爆的程度,但是我国旅游地产开发也面临许多问题。本文介绍了国内外三个不同类型成功的旅游地产(新加坡圣淘沙、上海新天地、美国太阳谷)的主要特点,总结其开发的成功条件,为我国旅游地产开发提供借鉴。
Tourism real estate in China has developed for nearly thirty years,in recent years,the degree of development is booming,however tourism real estate in China is facing many problems.This paper introduces the main quality of three different types of successful tourism real estate at home and abroad（Sentosa Singapore,Xintiandi Shanghai,Sunriver Resort in USA）.It summarizes prerequisites and provides reference for the successful development of tourism real estate development in China.
