摘要
无卡轴旋切机大大提高了木材的综合利用率。介绍了普通无卡轴旋切机的工作原理与结构,分析了目前无卡轴旋切机存在的主要问题,并根据现有研究介绍了无卡轴旋切机的进给方式、驱动辊驱动结构的改进方案和变速进给理论的计算,以提高旋切单板的质量。最后简单介绍了智能数控无卡轴旋切机、无卡轴旋切剪切一体机和有卡无卡一体旋切机。
Log-core veneer lathe improves the comprehensive utilization rate of the wood greatly. Its working principle, structure and the main problems it has are introduced and analyzed ,as well as the improvement schemes about the feeding ways ,structure of the driving roller and the calculation of the variable-speed feeding are put forward to improve the quality of peeling veneer. Finally, the CNC log-core veneer lathe, log-core spindleless-shear veneer lathe, chuck-non chuck combined veneer lathe are introduced simply.
