摘要
为治理城市环境污染,国家禁止城市的小型锅炉燃烧原煤,但取而代之的燃油、燃气锅炉其使用成本却相对较高。随着生物质颗粒能源的发展,产能的迅速提升,用于小型锅炉的木质颗粒燃烧器的研究受到重视。木质颗粒燃烧器的使用既能减少污染,又能降低成本。本文针对小型锅炉用木质颗粒燃烧器的结构进行研究和设计。实践证明,该结构能有效防止燃烧器燃烧过程中易结渣和燃烧效率低的弊病。
To control the urban environmental pollution, burning raw coal by Low-capacity Boiler is forbidden by the state. Instead of Low-capacity Boiler, the using of Fuel Boiler and Gas Boiler cost relatively higher. Along with the development of the biomass particle energy and the rapid ascension of capacity, the research on Wood Pellet Fuel Burner used to the low-capacity boiler drew more attention. Using Wood Pellet Fuel Burner can not only reduce the pollution but also the use-cost. This thesis aims at the design and experiment on the structure of the Wood Pellet Fuel Burner. The results showed that this structure can effectively prevent the drawbacks of easy slagging in combustion process and the low combustion efficiency.
