本文概要阐述了深入推进"科普行动"必须着力解决的三个关键问题:组织领导、重点任务、工作措施,突出强调必须着力抓好乡村林业实用技术集成、科普示范点建设、技术骨干培训、网上咨询服务、适用技术研讨推介、适用技术期刊传播、技术指导和服务等七项重点工作任务落实。
