A Study on Adjusting the Layout of National Economy

从战略上调整国有经济布局 ,是深化国有企业改革的一项主要内容 ,它通过国有资本的流动和重组 ,缩小国有经济的范围 ,解决国有经济布局分散、战线过长的状况 ,改善国有资本的配置结构和国有企业的组织结构 。

The strategic adjustment of the layout of national economy is an important content in deepening the reform of the state-owned enterprises(SOE).Through the flowing of the state-owned capital and restructuring it reduces the size of the SOEs,changes the unfavorable conditions of national economy which is marked by sparse distribution and long-dragging battle line,improves the disposition structure of the state-owned capital and the organization structure of the SOEs in order to reach the goal of heightening the overall quality of the state-owned capital.
