摘要
综合化是世界教师教育发展的共同趋势,而学科的综合化是大学综合化的基础,在高水平师范大学的综合化转型过程中具有战略地位。从高水平师范大学学科综合化的发展模式来看,主要有"内生"、"嫁接"与"移植"三种方式,即坚持"内生"发展,促进学科的综合化;通过"嫁接"融合,实现学科跨越式发展;通过"移植"共融,推进学科综合化发展。最终实现由综合性师范大学到高水平综合性大学的转型。
Integration is the common trend of the teacher education development all over the world. The synthesis of disciplines is the foundation of comprehensive university, and it has a strategic position in the transformation of high-level normal universities. As for the de- velopment patterns of disciplinary integration in high-level normal universities, there are mainly three ways: endogeny, grafting and transplant. To achieve the transformation from comprehensive normal universities to high level comprehensive universities, it should adhere to endogenous development, and promote the integration of disciplines; adopt the way of grafting, and realize the great-leap-forward development of disciplines; take the measure of transplant, and advance the integration development of disciplines.
