摘要
社会服务"反哺"教学是当前地方高校在社会服务背景下产生的新课题。地方高校社会服务能够提高教师自身素质与课堂教学质量,有利于课程资源开发与教材资源建设,提供学生更多的实践机会。社会服务"反哺"教学包括地方课程开发、课堂教学资源利用、案例教学、实践教学和校地合作教学等主要模式。学校要制定社会服务与教学互相促进的鼓励性政策,培养一支社会服务与教学相长的教师队伍,形成教学、科研、社会服务三位一体促进机制,加强社会服务成果的教学转化研究。
The promoting teaching by social Service is one mode of innovative teaching adapting to local universities serve local. This paper discusses the mutual relations between the function of social service and promoting to teach in local universities. Promoting to teaching includes teaching modes such as local curriculum development, case study teaching, classroom teaching, the practice teaching and coordinate teaching between the universities and local organizations. Some suggestions are put for-ward on the school policy, the construction of the teacher team and promoting mechanism between the local organization and universities.
