"家属馆员"的资源值得开发。浙江财经大学图书馆的实践证明:正确认识、合理安排、与职业生涯规划结合而不断提高这个群体,可以发挥其学缘较广、学历较高、可塑性较强的优势,可以协调种种关系,有助于图书馆建设。
"Family dependent librarian" resources are worthy to be developed. The practice in ZUFE Library proves that correct ideology, proper arrangement, and coupled with career plan can improve this group, exploit the advantage of its broad range of leanings, high academic credentials and flexibility, play a coordinating role in various relationships and assist library development.
