高校思想政治工作进公寓的现状及对策研究——以浙江省台州地区高校为例

An Analysis and Strategies of College Ideological and Political Work in Undergraduates' Apartment——Take Colleges in Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province for Example

高校社会后勤化,要求建立起与之相适应的思想政治工作进公寓工作模式。当前,台州各高校普遍重视此项工作,并在实施辅导员进公寓、建立学生自治组织、营造公寓文化氛围等方面取得一定成效。但也存在着实施主体呈现多头、工作队伍素质不一、文化建设相对滞后、学生自我意识较弱、评价体系尚未健全等问题。基于此,要着力从完善现有的管理体制、改进现有的工作机制、充实现有的工作力量、调整现有的管理布局、加强现有的文化建设、拓展现有的育人途径等方面加以推进。

The rear-service development of university requires building up the corresponding mode of bringing ideological and political work into student apartment. Now, every college in Taizhou places great importance on it as making progress in sending counselors into student apartment, building stu- dent autonomy organization and providing cultural atmosphere. However, there are problems like multi- ple implementing body, different qualities of working staff, relative delay of culture construction, the weak side of students＇ self-awareness and unperfect evaluation system. In order to better implant this work mode, we should perfect the current governing system, improve the existing working mechanism, enrich working force, adjust the arrangement of administration and expand ways for the cultivation of students.
