摘要
通过2011年在吉林省抚松县的田间试验,采用液相色谱质谱联用技术测定35%甲霜灵拌种剂在人参和土壤中的消解动态及最终残留量。甲霜灵在人参和土壤中的平均添加回收率分别为88.70%~90.40%和86.56%~92.70%,变异系数分别为6.60%~8.51%和4.80%~6.24%。当施药量为5 250 g/hm2(以有效成份计)时,人参和土壤的半衰期分别为15.04、6.67 d。35%甲霜灵拌种剂在施药剂量为3 500~5 250 g/hm2时,建议最大残留限量值为0.05μg/g,人参的安全间隔期为14 d。
Field trial and high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry were conducted to study the re- sidual decline and final residues of metaxyl 35% BS in ginseng root and soil. The average recovery ratios of metaxyl are 88.70% -90.40% and 86.56% -92.70% with the variation coefficients of 6.60% -8.51% and 4.80% -6.24% in ginseng root and soil, respectively. In the field triM, the half-lives of metaxyl 35% BS are 15.04 and 6.67 days in ginseng root and soil, respectively, under the spraying dosage of 5 250 g/hm^2. Therefore, the MRL is 0.05 μg/g and the preharvest interval of metaxyl is 14 days with the spraying dosage range from 3 500 to 5 250 g/hm^2.
