摘要
以低摩尔比脲醛树脂中密度纤维板为研究对象,选择温度和时间为试验因素,采用Design-Expert8.0.6进行试验设计,比较了等温热处理前后中密度纤维板的性能变化。结果表明:等温热处理能够提高中纤板的内结合强度、静曲强度和弹性模量,以及降低吸水厚度膨胀率和甲醛释放量。同时显示低摩尔比脲醛树脂具有热固和热塑双重特征。
Taking temperature and time as experimental factor, an investigation was conducted to evaluate the effect before and after isothermal heat treatment on the performance changes of low molar ratio of urea-formaldehyde resin MDF. The experiment was conducted by Design-Expert 8.0.6 to investigate the influence of temperature and time on the physical and mechanical properties of MDF. The results show that the isothermal heat treatment can improve the internal bond strength, bending strength and elastic modulus, and reduce the thickness swelling and formaldehyde emission. The low molar ratio of urea-formaldehyde resin has dual characteristics of thermoset and thermoplastic.
