摘要
采用超临界CO2流体萃取得到落叶松树皮原花青素粗品,研究了4种大孔吸附树脂(AB-8、HPD-100、HPD-400A、HPD-700)对落叶松树皮原花青素的吸附和解吸特性,以AB-8树脂纯化效果最佳,并对其进行了吸附动力学及吸附等温曲线研究。对纯化前后的落叶松树皮原花青素进行清除DPPH.自由基及抗脂质过氧化能力测定,结果说明落叶松树原花青素具有较强的抗氧化能力。
An experiment was conducted to extract the proanthocyanidins from pine bark (Larix gmelini) by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction and test the adsorption and desorption on four kinds of macroporous adsorption resins ( AB-8, HPD-100, HPD-400A and HPD-700) from crude extract of pine bark. AB-8 resin is the best adsorbent resin. We studied the kinetics of adsorption and isothermal adsorption curve. The crude extract and purified proanthocyanidins from bark of Larix gmelini are effective on DPPH radical scavenging and peroxidation inhibition activities.
