K_2CO_3活化废弃纤维板制备富N活性炭双电层电极 被引量:3

Nitrogen-Enriched Waste Medium Density Fiberboard-Based Activated Carbons by K_2CO_3 Activation as Electrodes for Electric Double Layer Capacitor

摘要 为了高效利用废弃木质材料,将含有脲醛树脂的废弃中密度纤维板,经过500℃炭化得到炭化物,再以K2CO3为活化剂,m(K2CO3)∶m(炭化物)=3∶1,活化时间1 h及不同活化温度(700、750、800、850和900℃)条件下制得富N活性炭。通过X射线光电子能谱和元素分析对其结构进行表征,通过氮气吸附分析其比表面积和空隙结构。另外,制备双电层电容器,测试富N活性炭电极的恒流充放电曲线、倍率特性、伏安特性和阻抗特性表征其电化学性能。结果表明:活化温度800和850℃下制备的富N活性炭表面具有含N官能团,具有较大比表面积和总孔容积,最高达到1 037 m2/g和0.528 cm3/g,具有良好的吸附性能,表现出良好的电化学性能,质量比电容可达到219和193 F/g,适于作为双电层电极材料。 The nitrogen-enriched activated carbons were prepared to use waste wood materials from waste medium density fiberboard base under the conditions of 500 ℃ of carbonized process, K2CO3 as an activating agent, 3 : 1 of K2CO3 : coke, one hour of the activation time and different temperatures of activation (700, 750, 800, 850 and 900℃ ) for electrochemical double layer capacitors. The surface chemical composition was characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and elemen- tal analysis, and the specific surface area and pore structure parameters were characterized by nitrogen adsorption-desorption isotherms. Electrochemical behavior as electric double layer capacitors was determined using galvanostatic charge-discharge, vohammetric, specific capacitance values versus current densities and impedance spectroscopy techniques. The nitrogen-en- riched activated carbons are with high surface area, wide pore size distribution and presence of nitrogen functional groups. The maximum value of Brunauer-Emmett-Teller specific surface area of 1 037 m^2/g and total pore volume of O. 528 cm^3/g are achieved for the sample activated at 800 and 850 ℃ with a good adsorption. Specific capacitance of 219 and 193 F/g show good electrochemical performance of the activated carbon as good electric double layer capacitor electrodes.
