摘要
利用GIS对空间数据和属性数据的强大管理功能,对黑龙江省湿地及其周边区域的各种自然资源、生态环境、社会经济和项目工程等信息进行数字化管理。在此基础上开发湿地生态评价、湿地火情监测、湿地病虫害监测等,建立黑龙江省湿地监测与评价地理信息系统,实现查询、更新、维护、分析、统计和报表等功能,给湿地管理部门提供资源保护与管理、规划与评价等相关信息,为黑龙江省湿地的科学管理、决策提供依据。
GIS is with the powerful management features for spatial data and the attribute data, and it can be used to manage the information of all sorts of natural resources, ecological environment, social economy and the project in Heilongjiang Province and around areas. We developed the ecological evaluation of wetlands, wetland fire monitoring and wetlands pest monitoring to establish wetland monitoring and evaluation of the geographical information system in Heilongjiang Province with the functions of query, update, maintenance, analysis, statistics and statements. This system can provide the resource protection, management, planning, evaluation and other related information for wetland management departments. It can be used to conduct the researchers to make the scientific management and decision-making of wetlands in Heilongjiang Province.
