化学合成百里香酚和香芹酚对仔猪生产性能影响及机制 被引量:11

摘要 试验旨在研究使用低剂量抗生素时,添加不同剂量化学合成的百里香酚和香芹酚(TC500:每千克含250 g百里香酚和250 g香芹酚)对断奶仔猪生长性能、肠道形态和肠道微生物的影响。选用180头(35±3)日龄的三元杂交(杜×长×大)仔猪,随机分到5个组(每组6个重复,每重复6头牛,公母各半)。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂分别添加30、60、120和240 g/t TC500的试验饲粮,试验期35 d。结果表明:试验前2周和全期,添加量为240 g/t的试验组平均日增质量较对照组有增加的趋势(P<0.1);添加TC500极显著提高十二指肠的绒毛高度和小肠3个肠段的绒毛高度/隐窝深度(P<0.01),并且所有检测肠段的隐窝深度也有所降低,且差异极显著;试验组盲肠乳酸杆菌数较对照组显著提高5.53%。由此可见,化学合成的百里香酚和香芹酚能改善断奶仔猪的肠道微生物区系,促进肠道健康,并且添加量为240 g/t时能够促进仔猪生长。
