栽培基质对郁金香鳞茎形态发育及还原糖含量的影响 被引量:5

摘要 以郁金香品种"Apeldoorn"鳞茎为试材,以栗钙土、草炭、河沙为栽培基质,研究了6种不同配比的栽培基质对郁金香新鳞茎周径、干重、含水量及还原糖含量的影响。结果表明:在郁金香新鳞茎生长发育过程中,干重和周径表现为缓-快-缓的变化趋势;齐苗后前4周含水量缓慢上升,之后逐渐下降,以50%栗钙土+30%草炭+20%河沙下降幅度最大,达到14.9%,以河沙下降幅度最小,为11.6%;齐苗后前6周还原糖含量变化缓慢,6~8周急剧增加,在齐苗后第8周出现1个峰值,之后又迅速下降,其中以50%栗钙土+30%草炭+20%河沙下降幅度最小,为2.53mg/g FW。 Taking chestnut soil,peat moss,sands etc as experimental materials, 'Apeldoorn' bulbs of tulip were used and planted on six different culture substrates. The effects of culture substrates on the circumference, dry weight, water content and reducing sugar content were studied. The results showed that in the process of tulip bulbs growth and development,dry weight and circumference showed slow-fast-slow change trend. After seedling emergence, the first 4 weeks water content rose slowly, then decreased,water content in 50 % chestnut soil +30 % peat moss +20% sands, had the maximum decrease, reached to 14. 9%; in sands had the minimum decrease, reached to 11. 6%. The first 6 weeks reducing sugar content changed slowly,during six to eight weeks increased dramatically,there was a peak in the eighth weeks, then decreased rapidly, in 50 % chestnut soil +30 % peat moss +20 % sands had the minimum decrease, reached to 2. 53 mg/g FW.
