Ziziphus jujube Mill has a high nutritional value and medicinal value,known as ＇woody food,tonic＇ reputation,and it is a healthy fruit including three major functions drugs,food and tonic.The introduced area,yield and economic benefit of Ziziphus jujube Mill in Xinjiang were described,meanwhile its potential crisis in the perspective of theory introduced were discussed.In addition,the corresponding prevention and control measures were put forward,in order to provide the theory basis and the reasonable suggestion for healthy rapid development of Ziziphus jujube Mill in Xinjiang.
