Surface activity and applications of blended anionic and cationic surfactant systems

摘要 研究了2种具有不同EO加合数的阴离子表面活性剂壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚丙基磺酸钠[NPSO-n(n=5,8)]与阳离子表面活性剂十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵(1227)复配体系的表面活性和应用性能、混合吸附层和混合胶束的组成及相互作用参数(βs和βm)。结果表明:复配体系的临界胶束浓度(cmc)较单一组分低得多,并随1227摩尔分数的增加而降低,当1227的摩尔分数达0.5时,cmc最低,比单一表面活性剂的cmc低2个数量级;并且混合胶束和混合吸附层中的分子相互作用较强,混合胶束和混合吸附层中阴阳离子表面活性剂的摩尔比接近1∶1;2种复配体系均具有比单一阴离子表面活性剂更好的泡沫、润湿和乳化性能。 Surface activity and applications of blended surfactant systems composed of anionic surfactant sodium ethoxy - nonylphenyl propyl sulfonate [ refer to as NPSO - n ( n = 5 and 8 ) ] and cationic surfactant lauryldimethylbenzylammonium chloride (refer to as 1227 ) were studied as well as composition and mutual action parameters (fls and ~m ) of adsorption layer and micelle of 'the blended - surfaetant were examined. Result showed that the cmc of the blend systems are much lower than that of the single surfaetant in the blend system, and decrease with increase of the mole fraction of the 1227. When the mole fraction of the 1227 reaches 0. 5, the emc is lowest and lower two orders of magnitude than that of the single surfactant. Furthermore, the mutual action in the adsorption layer as well as in the micelle is rather strong and the composition is close to 1:1 in the blend adsorption layer and the blend mieelle.
