摘要 简要介绍了泡沫的不稳定因素,主要包括液膜的排液、膜的破裂和气体扩散。重点综述了无机颗粒、聚合物颗粒和蛋白质颗粒等3类颗粒吸附在气/水界面对泡沫稳定性和发泡性的影响,总结了因颗粒结构和表面性质的不同,颗粒在稳定泡沫方面具有的不同特征。在有些应用领域,颗粒稳定泡沫相对于表面活性剂具有一定的优势。 Unstability factors of foam system, including drainage from liquid membrane, rupture of liquid membrane and gas diffusion were briefed. Effect of three kinds of particles, inorganic particles, polymer particles and protein particles adsorbed at the air/water interface on the foam stability and foaming power were focused. Due to difference refers to particle structure and surface properties, the particles display different characteristics with respect to the stabilized foams. Compared with foam system stabilized by surfactants, the particle -stabilized foams show better performance in some cases.
