摘要
本文根据印度的政治经济发展情况,将印度的劳动关系政策划分为三个阶段:殖民地时期的劳动关系、国家主导的劳动关系以及经济自由化改革时期的劳动关系,并详细分析了印度劳动关系政策的变迁过程,政治经济及文化理念方面的影响因素。此外,论文还根据印度自由化改革之后的经济社会发展趋势及目前面临的问题,预测了印度劳动关系政策的发展方向。
This essay,based on India's existing economic and political conditions,divides labor relations within that country into three periods: labor relations during the colonial periods;labor relations dominated by the state; and labor relations in the economic liberalization reform. It ana- lyzes in detail the changing process of India's labor relations policies plus the influences of politi- cal, economic and cultural factors. Besides, it predicts future orientations to be adopted in labor re- lation policy-making in the light of economic trends and problems existing in Indian society after its launching of the economic liberalization reform.
