摘要
通过对MBR工艺在处理诺氟沙星制药废水时污泥龄的分析,总结了污泥龄与出水COD、氨氮及m(MLVSS)/m(MLSS)、污泥负荷之间的变化关系。结果表明,污泥龄的最佳运行区间为20~50 d;膜生物反应器中m(MLVSS)/m(MLSS)基本在0.5~0.7;污泥龄与污泥负荷有一定的相关性,污泥龄在20~50 d时,系统运行区间COD污泥负荷为0.12~0.25 kg/(kg·d)。
Based on the analysis of sludge age in MBR process treatment of norfloxaein pharmaceutical wastewater, the relationship between the sludge age and COD, ammonia nitrogen and m(MLVSS)/m(MLSS); sludge loading were summarized. The results showed that the optimal operation interval of sludge age is 20-50 d, and the value ofm(MLVSS)/m(MLSS); in membrane bioreactor is between 0.5 -0.7. Sludge age and sludge loading has certain relevance. When the sludge age is 20-50 d, the COD sludge loading in operation system ranges from 0.12 to 0.25 kg/(kg, d).
