摘要
为了解决国产岩石掘进机硬岩巷掘进中暴露出的问题,在EBH300(A)岩石掘进机过程中,进行了机械结构和机械功能等方面的创新设计,解决了切割机构振动问题,提高了切割减速箱的寿命,增强了装运机构的装运能力,解决了超掘和欠掘问题。通过在f≤13的岩巷掘进中实际应用,验证了该掘进机性能的可靠性,改变了爆破法开拓岩巷的落后生产工艺,提高了煤矿岩巷开拓的生产效率和安全性。
Abstract: In order to solve the problems occurring during operation of homemade TBM (tunnel boring machine) in hard-rock laneways, the innovative design of EBH300(A) TBM about its mechanical structure and mechanical function was conducted, which avoided the vibration of cutting unit, improved the lifespan of the cutting reducer, enhanced the loading capacity of the loading unit and solved the over-boring and under-boring issue. Its operation in the rock laneway of f≤13 verified the reliability of the TBM. Its application replaced the lagging tunnel boring process with blasting method, enhanced the productivity and safety of tunnel boring in rock laneways.
