基于PFT算法的输送带钢丝绳芯X线图像的缺陷检测

Detection on X-ray image of steel rope cord of conveyor belts with a PFT-based algorithm

摘要 利用一种基于PFT(相位傅里叶变换)的算法对输送带钢丝绳芯X线图像进行缺陷检测。首先介绍了PFT算法,然后在MATLAB中对钢丝绳芯X线图像进行缺陷检测的仿真试验。试验结果表明,基于PFT算法适合输送带钢丝绳芯X线图像的缺陷检测。 An algorithm based on PFT (Phase Fourier Transform) was applied to detect X-ray image of steel rope cord of conveyor belts. At first, the PFT-based algorithm was introduced, and then the dection on X-ray image of steel rope cord of conveyor belts by using the PFT-based algorithm was simulated in MATLAB. The test results showed that the PFT-based algorithm was suitable for the detection on X-ray image of steel rope cord of conveyor belts.
