摘要
根据钢丝绳的黏弹性特性,把钢丝绳、输送重物和卡绳器离散化为质量-弹簧系统,对钢丝绳被卡绳器制动瞬间的动力响应进行了瞬态动力学分析,得到了钢丝绳被制动之后的纵向振动特性。由此计算得到卡绳器受到的动态载荷,可以对受力元件支架重新进行动态校核,并重新选择材料型号,以保证系统安全。
According to the viscoelastic properties of the steel rope, the steel rope, the conveyed weight and the steel rope clamp were simplified as a discrete model of mass-spring system. In addition, the transient dynamic analysis of the steel rope was conducted just while it was being braked, and the longitudinal vibration characteristics of the steel rope after it was braked were obtained. Therefore, the dynamic load of the steel rope clamp was calculated accordingly, so as to conduct the dynamic rechecking of steadier. At last, the material and the size of the steadier could be selected newly to ensure the safety of the system.
