摘要
为了选取性价比较高的焊接材料,通过对4个厂家的4种耐磨焊接材料进行包括熔敷金属硬度、化学成分、磨粒磨损试验、金相组织及抗冲击失重试验,对比评定这4种焊丝,对磨辊生产厂家选择耐磨焊接材料具有一定的指导意义。
In order to select cost-effective welding material for wear-resistant layer, the paper compared four kinds of wear-resistant welding material respectively from four manufacturers about the hardness of deposited metal, chemical composition, abrasive wear test, metallurgical structure, anti-impact mass loss test. In addition, evaluation of the four kinds of welding wire was carded out, which had some guidance for grinding roller manufacturers to select wear-resistant welding material.
