摘要
介绍了一种大型超细粉磨机电气控制部分的PLC顺序控制方案。通过对设备控制要求进行分析,确定了PLC输入输出信号的数量,选用适当的PLC装置并合理分配I/O点,设计了电控部分的总体方案。根据设备的运行过程,确定软件设计流程,并进行软件设计和测试。在硬件设计组装的基础上,经过联机调试和试运行后,进行了大量生产性试验。实践证明该方案正确可行。
A kind of PLC sequence control scheme of electric control in the large ultrafine grinding mill wasintroduced. After analyzing control requirements of equipments, the quantity of PLC input and output signals was determined. Suitable PLC device was selected and I/0 points were reasonably allocated, and then the overall scheme of electric control was designed. According to operation process of the mill, the software design flow was determined, and the software was designed and tested. Based on designed and assembled hardware, after online debugging and test run, plenty of productive tests were conducted, the test results verified the correctness and feasibility of the scheme.
