永磁系磁场仿真与优化系统的研究与开发

Research and development of magnetic field simulation and optimization system for permanent magnetic system

摘要 针对函数建模不能解决较为复杂的永磁系磁场分布,磁系磁场测量设备受磁组装配精度、实际测量误差、制造成本和制造试验周期等的制约,难以对磁系磁场分布理论计算结果进行准确快速验证的难题,采用程序语言Visual Basic驱动仿真软件ANSYS的磁场模拟事件模块,运用开放式连接(ODBC)数据源驱动数据库,开发了永磁系磁场仿真与优化系统。可通过建立不同设计方案,实现任意组合和不同结构参数磁系的仿真和优化,缩短了新型磁系研发周期,为新型磁系研制提供了准确的数据依据。 Since the magnetic field distribution of complex permanent magnet system could not be solved by function modeling, and the device of measuring the magnetic field of the magnetic system was restricted by such factors as the assembly precision, actual measuring error, manufacturing cost and production cycle etc., it was difficult to quickly check the results of mathematical computations obtained by magnetic field distribution theory. The programming language Visual Basic was applied to drive the magnetic field simulation module of ANSYS, and ODBC (Open Database Connectivity) data source was applied to drive database, so as to develop the magnetic field simulation and optimization system for permanent magnetic system. Through establishing various design schemes to realize the simulation and optimization of various magnetic system involving different structural parameters. The system was contributive to shortening the development period of new magnetic system, and offered precise data for development of new magnetic system.
