摘要
结合重庆大学本科教育的定位,分析确定了机械工程与自动化专业人才培养目标,进一步细化后,制定了符合目标要求的5大方面共27项本科卓越计划培养标准;然后从中提炼总结了毕业生必须具备的学习能力、协作能力等12种能力要求,并提出了培养标准和能力要求的具体实现方式;最后介绍了企业合作和课程综合方面的一些做法以及在实施过程尚待解决的问题。
After combining with the orientation of undergraduate education in universities, analyzing and de termining the training objectives of the talent cultivation, and furthering the refinement, it set down the 27 standards of the undergraduate program for training excellent engineers which meet the objectives and requirements in five main aspects. Then it extracted 12 kinds of capacity requirements including learning skills and collaboration skills that graduate students must have. After that, it put forward specific implementations of training standards and competency requirements. And finally it in- troduced practices in corporate cooperation and curriculum as well as some unsolved issues in the im plementation process.
