学科—专业—产业链“公司化”运行模式研究——以中南大学为例 被引量:10

摘要 学科—专业—产业链"公司化"运行模式,是高等院校以学科性公司为平台,按照公司化、市场化机制运作方式,以利于高等院校学科、专业对接产业的一种运行方式。鉴于中南大学的成功经验,学科—专业—产业链"公司化"模式的构建需要注意以下几点:一是构建开放式创新模式,优化配置学科—专业—产业链的基本要素;二是明晰利益相关者产权,推动学科—专业—产业链的协同创新;三是强化平台化管理,探索学科—专业—产业链的有效载体。 The operating mode of discipline-major-industry chain corporatization is an operating mode applied by the universities, which is good for the ad}ustment of colleges and universities to the demands of the enterprises. It sets the disciplinary companies as platforms and operates according to the marketization mechanism. Based on the study of the successful case of Central South University, it states that the following points should be noticed. Firstly, an open innovation model needs to be construc- ted. The basic elements of discipline major-industry chain should be optimized and allocated. Second- ly, the property rights of stakeholders should be clarified. And the collaborative innovation of disci- pline-major-industry chain is to be promoted. Finally, the platform management requires reinforcement and an effective carrier of discipline-major-industry chain needs to be explored.
