国际视野中大学生职业适应力提升研究——以教育部“卓越工程师教育培养计划”为分析对象 被引量:6

A Study of College Students ’ Vocational Adaptability from the International Perspective

摘要 进入"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的大学生较早面临职业定位,因此是否能够承担预期的职业角色任务是关系整个计划成败不可或缺的环节。职业适应力模型可为进入这一计划的工科学生的职业心理辅导提供科学支撑。本文提出从职业关注、职业控制、职业兴趣和职业信心等方面提高大学生满足自己角色期待的能力,培养他们以职业为界面的社会融合能力。 The students participating in "A Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers" will face the problem of career orientation in advance, thus whether they can undertake the expectant tasks will be the indi means, career a spensable link and is critical to the success of the whole program. As an effective daptability model provides a scientific support for the professional psychological guidance for the students of engineering in this program. The paper points out that students' ability of satisfying their role expectation and socializing can be improved from the perspectives of career concerns, professional control and vocational interest and confidence.
