On the Construction of Teachers′Ability Standards in Higher Vocational Education

摘要 建立一套完整的高职师资能力标准体系是我国高职教育事业的发展趋势。本文从高职师资能力的现状与问题入手,借鉴国外发达国家高等职业教育师资能力标准的经验,建立了高职师资能力标准体系模型;通过调查研究与实例验证,提出了主要由职业教育教学能力、现场实践能力、育人能力、技术开发与服务能力等四方面构成的高等职业教育教师能力标准;最后从建立高职教师任职准入制度、职称评审制度、兼职聘任制度和终身培训制度等四个方面提出了我国高职师资能力标准构建的政策建议。 Establishing a set of complete teachers' ability standards system in higher vocational education is a developing trend in our country. This paper starts with the current situations and problems at home. By learning from the developed countriesr standards for teachers' ability in higher vocational education, it sets up a standard system model for the evaluation on teachers' ability. Through the in- vestigation research and example verification, it proposes a teachers' standard system which consists of teaching ability, field practice ability, cultivating ability and technology development and service a- bility. Finally, the policy proposals for teachers' ability standards in higher vocational education construction are presented from the perspectives of establishing higher occupation education teachers admittance system, professional titles review system, parttime teachers employment system and lifelong training system.
