Revamping Design of No.5 Blast Furnace Casthouse in Handan Steel

对邯钢5号高炉出铁场改造设计进行了总结,主要进行了出铁场平坦化、出铁场扩建及南北岀铁场平劝贯通、风口平台改造、出铁场除尘改造、炉前设备及液压系统改造、新设高架桥、出铁场美化亮化等。投产后的生产实践表明,达到了改善炉前环境,满足生产需要的目的。

The paper introduces the revamping items applied on No. 5 blast furnace cast house in Handan Steel, which, in addition to flattening and expansion of cast house, connecting of cast house platforms respectively in south and north and revamping of tuyere platform, cast house dedusting, equipment and hydraulic system at tapping side of blast furnace, also include building of new overhead bridge and decorating of the cast house. The operation after startup shows the working environment at cast house of furnace improves and the production satisfies the designed target.
