存活10年以上肾移植患者环孢素血药浓度监测的临床分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究存活10年以上肾移植患者术后不同时间环孢素血药浓度监测及随访情况。方法:89例带肾存活10年以上,并长期服用环孢素的肾移植患者为研究对象,统计分析术后时间、性别、年龄、剂量等因素与CsA血药浓度的关系。结果:血药浓度随术后时间的延长而逐渐下降,且个体差异较大;男、女两组血药浓度未见明显差异(P>0.05);与中青年组比较,术后同一时间段内,老年组剂量、血药浓度有明显差异(P<0.05);中、青年组术后各时间段剂量、血药浓度未见明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:加强肾移植术后随访管理,及时监测环孢素血药浓度,可提高移植肾的长期存活率。
