窖蛋白-1和埃兹蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其与预后的关系 被引量:11

Expression of caveolin-1 and ezrin in breast carcinoma tissue and its correlation with prognosis

摘要 目的探讨窖蛋白-1(Caveolin.1)和埃兹蛋白(Ezrin)在乳腺癌组织中的表达及与乳腺癌患者预后的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测85例乳腺癌患者手术切除的癌组织和癌旁组织中Caveolin-1和Ezrin的表达水平。结果Caveolin-1在乳腺癌组织中阳性表达率为57.65%,在癌旁组织中阳性表达率为92.94%,两者差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),Caveolin-1表达水平与乳腺癌TNM分期、淋巴结转移有关(P〈0.05);Ezrin在乳腺癌组织中阳性表达率为64.71%,在癌旁组织中阳性表达率为20.00%,两者差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),Ezrin表达水平与乳腺癌肿瘤大小、TNM分期、淋巴结转移明显相关(P〈0.05)。结论Caveolin-1与Ezrin是反映乳腺癌生物学行为较好的指标。 Objective To study the expression of Caveolin-1 and Ezrin in breast carcinoma and its correlation with prognosis. Methods Caveolin-1 protein and Ezrin expression in 85 cases of human breast carcinoma tissues and non-cancerous adjacent breast tissues was examined by using envision immunohisto- chemical method. Results The expression rate of Caveolin-1 was 57. 65% in breast carcinoma tissues, and 92. 94% in non-cancerous adjacent breast tissues (P 〈 0. 01 ). The expression rate of Ezrin was 64. 71% in breast carcinoma tissues, and 20.00% in non-cancerous adjacent breast tissues (P 〈 0. 01 ). The expression of Caveolin-1 was related to TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (P 〈 0. 01 ). There was a close correlation between the expression of Ezrin and tumor size, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The Caveolin-1 and Ezrin are good markers that reflect the biological behaviors of breast carcinoma.
