摘要
2-硝基苯酚和1,2-二溴乙烷经醚化、还原、取代、水解及环合反应制得O,O′-双-[2-(2,6-二氧代吗啉-4-基)苯基]乙二醇(7),再与乙二醇单正辛醚成酯制得神经保护剂DP-b99,总收率为17.7%(以2-硝基苯酚计)。
DP-b99, a neuroprotective agent, was synthesized from 2-nitrophenol and 1,2-dibromoethane by etherification, reduction, substitution, hydrolysis and cyclization to give O,O'-bis-[2-(2,6-dioxomorpholino-4- yl) phenyl] ethanediol (7), which was subjected to esterification with 2-(octyloxy)ethanol in 17.7% overall yield (based on 2-nitrophenol).
