摘要
利用近红外光谱技术,建立了一种快速测定盾叶薯蓣中薯蓣皂苷的方法。运用偏最小二乘法(PLS)建立盾叶薯蓣中薯蓣皂苷含量与其近红外光谱之间的校正模型,模型的校正集内部交叉验证决定系数(R2)为0.992 1,交互验证均方差(RMSECV)为0.010 4,外部预测均方差(RMSEP)为0.010 5,预测值的平均相对误差为4.12%。
A near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy method was established for fast determination of dioscin in Dioscorea zingiberensis. The calibration model between the content of dioscin and the NIR spectroscopy of Dioscorea zingiberensis was built with partial least squares. The correlation coefficient of calibration (RE) was 0.992 1, root mean square error of cross validation (RMSECV) was 0.010 4, the external prediction deviation RMSEP was 0.010 5, and the predicted average relative error was 4.12 %.
