乳酸杆菌对过敏性鼻炎大鼠血清TNF-α和ICAM-1含量的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨乳酸杆菌对过敏性鼻炎大鼠血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)的影响。方法 :SD大鼠40只随机分为正常组、模型组、乳酸杆菌组及阳性药对照组4组。建立大鼠卵白蛋白致敏模型,取各组大鼠鼻腔黏膜病理切片后计数嗜酸性粒细胞,采用ELISA法定量检测试验各组大鼠血清TNF-α的含量,将鼻黏膜石蜡切片脱蜡后按照免疫组化法对ICAM-1的表达进行观察及测定。结果:模型组TNF-α和ICAM-1的含量显著高于正常组(P<0.05);乳酸杆菌组TNF-α和ICAM-1的含量均显著低于模型组(P<0.05);乳酸杆菌组各项指标与阳性药对照组比较差异无统计学意义。结论:乳酸杆菌可降低过敏性鼻炎大鼠血清中TNF-α的含量,减少ICAM-1的表达,减轻过敏性鼻炎的炎症反应。 Objective To explore the effects of actobacillus on serum levels of TNF-α and ICAM-1 in rats with allergic rhinitis. Methods 40 SD rates were randomly divided into four groups: control group, model group, lactobacillus group, and positive drug control group. A rat model of ovalbumin sensitization was established. Serum TNF-α was detected by ELISA quantitatively. ICAM-1 expression was determined by immunohistochemical assay after nasal mueosa paraffin wax was removed. Results Levels of TNF-α and ICAM-1 were significantly higher in the model group than in the control group (P 〈 0.05) ; levels of TNF-α and ICAM-1 were markedly lower in the lactobacillus group than in the model group (P 〈 0.05). The indexes did not differ statistically between the lactobacillus group and the positive drug control group. Conclusions Lactobacillus can lower the serum concentration of TNF-α, reduce ICAM-1 expression, and relieve inflammatory, reaction in rats with allergic rhinitis.
