神经肌肉电刺激联合吞咽训练对脑梗死后吞咽障碍的疗效 被引量:24

摘要 目的:观察神经肌肉电刺激(NES)联合吞咽功能训练对脑梗死后吞咽功能及生存质量的影响。方法:60例吞咽障碍患者随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例),两组均接受常规药物治疗和吞咽功能训练,治疗组另加NES;治疗前、治疗4周后,两组分别用洼田饮水试验、SSA量表和SWAL-QOL量表进行评定。结果:治疗4周后,总有效率治疗组为96.67%,对照组为86.67%;两组患者洼田饮水试验、SSA、SWAL-QOL评分均优于本组治疗前,差异有显著性(P<0.05);治疗组优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:NES联合吞咽功能训练可明显改善脑梗死患者吞咽功能障碍,提高其生存质量。 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of NES combined with tunctional training on swallowing function and quality of life in patients post cerebral infarction. Methods Sixty patients with dysphagia post cerebral infarction were randomized into the treatment group (n = 30) and the control group (n = 30). Patients in two groups received conventional drug therapy and swallowing function training, while the patients in the treatment group received NES in addition. Patients in two groups were respectively evaluated with Kubota's Water Drinking Test, SSA and SWAL-QOL scale test, before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment. Results After 4 weeks treatment, the total effective rate was 96.67% in the treatment group, and 86.67% in tile control group, the scores of Kubota's Water Drinking Test, SSA and SWAL-QOL in the two groups were significantly improved than those before the treatment, respectively (P 〈 0.05, respectively). Moreover, the indexes tested in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P 〈 0.05, respectively). Conclusions NES can significantly improve the swallowing function and the quality of life of patients with dysphagia.
