The employment and entrepreneurship education for the undergraduate students is inseparable from the analysis and understanding of human beings and society. The contemporary social development presents a series of new features, which brought serious challenges to the development of universities. The various uusuitableness of the university deveiop- ment has also led to the development of people in trouble, which is the key reason of the difficulty in students＇employment. The graduate employment issues affect absolutely the whole process, and the future development trends of higher education. It is necessary to resolve the unemployment problem for a deep thought of the whole education reform system. The difficulty of students＂ unemployment lies in education rather than employment. If the questions, such as how to achieve the students dominant position, and what the students learn, have been resolved, it is not hard to answer what the employment and en- trepreneurship education is.
