摘要
以燕麦为黄曲霉菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的载体,采用平板涂布法研究气体二氧化氯浓度和反应时间对燕麦易染菌的杀菌效果的影响。试验结果表明:气体二氧化氯浓度和反应时间均对杀菌效果有影响并且存在一定的交互作用,但气体二氧化氯浓度对杀菌效果的影响较反应时间显著。其中,当气体二氧化氯浓度为12.5 mg/L,反应时间为30 min时,对接种黄曲霉的燕麦表面的杀菌率可达99.6%;当气体二氧化氯浓度为100 mg/L,反应时间为20 min时,对接种枯草芽孢杆菌的燕麦表面的杀菌率可达99.8%。
Taking oats as the carder of Aspergillusflavus and Bacillus subtilis, experiments were conducted on bacteria which infected oats easily. The bactericidal effects of the concentrations of chlorine dioxide gas and reaction times were studied with plate coating method. The results showed that the bactericidal concentration and reaction time had an interactive bactericidal effect and that the effect of concentration was more obvious than that of reaction time. Optimal conditions were as follows: when the concentration of C102 gas was 12.5 mg/L and reaction time was 30 min, the sterilization rate of Aspergillusjktvus distributed on oats surfaces could reach 99.6%. When the concentration of CIO2 gas was 100 mg/L and reaction time was 20 min, the sterilization rate of Bacillus subtilis distributed on oats surfaces could reach 99.68%.
