摘要
研究考察了亚临界水提取茶树花精油的工艺,采用单因素试验及正交实验研究提取温度、时间、液料比、提取压力对茶树花精油提取率的影响,从而确定最佳工艺条件,并对茶树花精油的提取方法进行比较分析。结果表明,最优工艺条件是:提取温度110℃、提取时间40 min、提取加入的料液比30(mL/g)、提取压力8 MPa。研究验证了亚临界水提取方法的高效、节能的优势,这为茶树花精油的产业化提供了有力的理论和工艺基础;在卷烟中的初步应用研究结果显示:当其用量为0.04%时综合效果最好。
The influencing factors in the subcritical water extraction (SWE) for extracting essential oils from tea flower were studied. The optimal process for the extraction was obtained by orthogonal experiments based on single factors including temperature, time, water to solid ratios and pressure. The results showed that the optimum process was extraction temperature of 110 %, time of 40 min, water to solid ratios of 30 (mL/g), extraction pressure of 8 MPa. Overall, SWE was an efficiency and environmental friendly method, thereby offering theoretical reference for the industrialized tea flower ecssential oils; The findings in cigarette show that it's the best effect when the amount is 0.04%.
